well, i did a slow and easy 3 miles yesterday before playing 9 holes of gold and then today i did a short track workout of 15 x 100 and 20 x 40 yards. nice and easy just to get the legs stretched out and even did some pilates stuff afterwards. then some golf practice and errands and the day is over. had 4 hours of sleep last night and must find a better balance of being awake and getting some sleep. have probably averaged 4-5 hours a night for the last 6 weeks. is it age? who knows?
madd 5k tomorrow. need 4 miles for a 2800 mile year-missed 26 days off this year, one every two weeks on average. probably not enough. and now i am trying to decided between running long and slow or trying to do more races and look for some speed. one way i get to eat and one way i don't-ha.... and where does golf fit in?
anyone have the answers?
