a day that started for me by voting at 7am after waiting in line and then going to the track and running a nice smooth track workout of 100's and 200's and ended with barack obama winning the presidency was a decently good day, despite the rain. even had a surprise visit by the door people which cost me my golf game but i squeezed in a very little bit of practice; did have the lock guy come and do his usual great job -why are some people so competent and others are so nottttyttttt?
after 4 hours of sleep last night and not a lot going to happen tonight i will be back tomorrow and wrap this up. still raining out. the run went well. in good shape for a decent 5k but it will have to wait 6 more weeks. the groin muscle is still torn and don't i scream inside when i turn the leg by surprise- the pain is incredible and yet if i don't turn wrong it never hurts at all- weird?
