gotta go

short and not so sweet- rode 27 miles on the trainer and then lifted weights and stretched. added 100 pitches and another 50 chips and 200 putts and that was the exercise for today. did watch the ironman as i worked on my fledgling little business. and now off i go.

my heart rate was 48 again this morning- has been elevated for almost three months now and i have this feeling i am in a constant state of fatigue- need a longer break than i have taken for sure and though i know i think of today as a day off with only 27 nice and easy miles, i guess it just adds on more fatigue.
