this is an interesting article about the amateur contest to try and break 100 at torrey pines. i would think you might have a shot if you played every hole to be par+one more. then i looked at a picture of one of the holes. a carry of over 190 leaves you 400 more yards to go and it is really narrow eevrywhere. hope they bring advil for their headaches. still, who wouldn't like to try.
